Rusty Knight

Rusty hails from Joplin, Missouri and has been playing music since he was a child. He recorded his first album at the tender age of 5 on RCA Records with his families gospel group. They went on to record 5 more albums before he had reached the age of twelve. Rusty is not only an accomplished pianist but plays several other instruments, including guitar, bass, and drums. Rusty has written songs and performed with some great musicians over the years, such as Steve Grisham (of The Outlaws & Ghost Riders) and Razi Bailey, who was on Kingsnake Records. In the 1990's, Rusty became a member and toured with The Doobie Brothers. After an untimely meeting in the late Steve Gaines' hometown of Miami, Oklahoma, Rusty now plays with Seth & the crew. Rusty has also had the privilege of playing with Blackfoot, Edgar Winters, Foghat, Delbert McClinton, Duke Robillard, Barry Rapp, Head East, The Oak Ridge Boys, Slugger Trask, and most recently Six Guns South.
